Telur33 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the telur33 platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated below.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the telur33 platform — whether via website or mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the management of telur33. The telur33 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and are legally eligible to use this service in your jurisdiction.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is only allowed to register one account on the telur33 platform. Duplicate or multiple account registrations are prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, an active phone number, and a valid email address. Providing false or inaccurate information may result in your account being suspended and winnings withheld pending verification.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. telur33 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login details.

3. User Responsibilities
Users of the telur33 platform agree to use this service solely for personal entertainment purposes and to comply with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. Any form of fraud, system manipulation, use of unauthorised third-party software, or attempts to exploit technical vulnerabilities on the platform are strictly prohibited.
Users are not permitted to transfer funds between accounts, buy or sell accounts, or engage in any activity that could be considered money laundering. telur33 reserves the right to report suspected activity to the relevant authorities where there is reasonable cause to do so.
Users are also responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with local laws in their area. telur33 is not liable for any legal consequences arising from use of the platform in jurisdictions where such activities are prohibited.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the telur33 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports a range of local payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, and others that may be added from time to time.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified for your chosen payment method. If a deposit is not credited within the expected period, please contact customer support with proof of transaction for further investigation.
Withdrawal of winnings is subject to an identity verification process that must be completed before your first withdrawal request is approved. Once verified, withdrawal requests will be processed within one to three business days. telur33 reserves the right to delay withdrawals for security review or internal compliance purposes.
Any winnings obtained through methods that violate these terms — including exploitation of system bugs or technical errors — are considered void and may be reversed. telur33 reserves the right to recover any funds paid out in error.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
- All bonuses are subject to the rollover requirements specified in their respective promotion terms.
- Withdrawals cannot be made until the rollover requirements have been fully met.
- Telur33 reserves the right to void any bonus where there is evidence of misuse or a breach of promotion terms.
- Each user is eligible to claim the welcome bonus once only.
5. Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
Telur33 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice if there is a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or relevant security concerns.
Suspended accounts will be blocked from conducting any transactions or betting activities until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation finds no breach of the rules, the account will be reinstated and all funds fully restored.
If an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining funds may not be refunded, depending on the outcome of the internal investigation. Users who are unsatisfied with the account closure decision may submit an appeal via email to our customer support team.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact customer support. Any remaining balance will be returned once the verification process is complete, provided there are no outstanding active bets.
6. Liability, Intellectual Property & Changes to Terms
Telur33 will not be liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or damages arising from service disruptions, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control. Our liability to any user is limited to the amount held in their account at the time of the incident.
All content on the telur33 platform — including logos, designs, text, images, and software — is the exclusive property of telur33 and is protected under intellectual property laws. Reuse, reproduction, or distribution of any content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
The telur33 platform may contain links to third-party websites for user convenience. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Access to any third-party website is entirely at the user's own risk.
Telur33 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on this website. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
